Trusted GC pair team up to deliver $76m project to Chevron Island

Chevron Island

Graham Goldman, CEO of Eastview Project Management, and Steve Marais, Managing Director of award-winning Condev Construction – have again teamed up to deliver the $76 million Allure Apartments on Chevron Island.

The luxury project, located in the beating heart of Chevron Island, will be comprised of 95 resort-style two, three and four-bedroom apartments across 17 levels.

With a strong partnership spanning over a decade, the trusted and closely affiliated companies in the building industry have constructed over 350 multi-level apartments together, valued at over $250 million.

Allure Chevron Island has drawn strong interest from owner occupiers attracted to the area’s premier lifestyle offerings and unrivalled access to local amenities.

Located on the corner of Burra and Dalpurra Streets, the project is just minutes walking distance from the cultural precinct, G-Link Station and the Chevron retail precinct.

Due to strong sales demand and over 30 per cent of apartments already sold – construction works have been brought forward to commence on February 02, 2020, with an estimated completion date of October 2021.

Condev Managing Director Steve Marais says Condev is thrilled with the appointment and is looking forward to delivering the project alongside Eastview..

“It’s fantastic to see another significant high rise start in Chevron Island, with the project being well received by nearby residents and the local community,” he said.

Eastview CEO Graham Goldman says Eastview are pleased to be able to start construction as soon as possible, with early sales being a clear sign of confidence in the market and triggering a fast-tracked construction timeline.

“Chevron Island is the cultural precinct of the Gold Coast and the developers are ensuring Allure will support all initiatives in-line with Gold Coast City Council.”

Mr Marais said Allure will be topped out with a rooftop space offering unrivalled panoramic views of the city and an exclusive resident recreation space.

“The rooftop will be the pinnacle of Allure, complete with a residents lounge, BBQ and dining space, infinity pool and several viewing decks to take in some of the most beautiful views the coast has to offer,” he said.

Andrew Robinson, Senior Project Manager, Eastview Australia, said the project will mark a significant milestone for Chevron Island.

“Chevron Island presents a unique location in being in close proximity to the thriving heart of the Gold Coast – Surfers Paradise and the Gold Coast Turf Club, while also having its own individual community atmosphere,” he said.

“With construction underway on the $20 million Green Bridge connecting Chevron Island to HOTA, Allure will offer unrivalled access to the Gold Coast’s premier cultural and lifestyle hubs.

“We are looking forward to working with Condev as this exciting project progresses.”

Award-winning architects BDA are designing the apartments, with prices starting from $495,000.

Eastview Australia has been operating for over 20 years and delivered a significant number of high-profile projects across Australia.

The Allure Chevron Island Display Suite and Sales Office is located on 5/46 Thomas Drive, Surfers Paradise, QLD 4217.
