New Year’s resolutions….unfortunately, they can be more stressful than they are worth. Expectations being too big, comparing yourself to others, setting too many or unrealistic resolutions can just peak you out. Here are three tips to keeping on track:
1. Be realistic. Yes we love to dream but loosing half your body weight in 3 months isn’t going to happen.
2. Take small steps. Small actions repeated get bigger results over time. Play the game of inches
3. Stop comparing yourself to others. Forget what others are doing. They are not you.
