Ms Roberts was the recipient of five Emmy Awards and a Screen Actors Guild award during her career, which kicked off in 1951.

Ms Roberts was also well-known for her role as Clark Griswold’s mother in National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.

Ms Roberts was cast in three films currently in post-production stage, set for release this year, including The Red Maple Leaf, Old Soldiers, and Gracie McBee (a short film).
